		Manuel C. Jardin is a general engineering contractor who ran his own construction company for over 30 years, specializing in underground pipeline construction. He worked mainly in the public works sector. Since retiring, he has used the experience of more than 40 years to serve as a consultant, expert witness and member of various Dispute Review Boards.                                           - Manuel C. 				He has served as a member of many Dispute Review Boards, being appointed by both the contractor and the public agency.
				He has served as a consultant to both contractors and public agencies. For contractors he has reviewed bid documents, prepared and submitted bid estimates, advised on construction methods and prepared and submitted construction claims.
